Penny Sparkle Designs is the handmade bag and accessory line by Heather Johnson. Each designer bag and wallet is created using beautiful hand painted fabric, faux leather, sparkle fabric, silks and velvet. Each one-of-a-kind piece incorporates the beautiful hand painted fabric and details from our friend LuLu.
Each piece comes with a little bit of luck! Every tag has a lucky penny sewn into it that Penny finds...(she only picks up the ones that are heads up).
These amazing pieces are handmade by Penny and LuLu...no two pieces are alike!
